Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

***RETURNS DUE TO MISORDERING ARE SUBJECT TO A $5 RESTOCKING FEE***

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging and shrinkwrap still sealed (if that is how it was sent out). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at freshproducerecords451@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there has been damage in transit DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PACKAGING as we need that to file a claim with the USPS.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
We'll gladly exchange any items received as a result of a mistake on our part! Just contact us at the email above and we'll take care of it!
Refunds
Refunds for items returned to our shop are processed upon delivery back to our shop. Refunds for orders not yet shipped can be handled immediately, just contact us!
